About this app
With the myRogerMic app you can control your Roger On device from your smartphone. It allows you to customize your microphone settings according to environment and personal preferences.
The myRogerMic app empowers you to:
- Steer the direction of the beam(s) towards the speaker(s) you want to listen to
- Change microphone mode
- Mute / unmute
- Check current device status such as battery level and actual microphone mode.

I was a seminar leader, and after receiving several reviews mentioning that I had a hearing problem. So, off to the local VA. for hearing aids and returned to the job. The reviews were st mixed. The HA specialist suggested the Roders Pen. That was the solution. And it still works to this day. Since then, I've had 2 more microphones and they've all been great.
I can't update the device. The device worked well for about a week after my provider set it up. Now it appears to require an update, but I can't update it myself. I have to go back to my provider for everything it needs. And it doesn't work while it needs the update. It is completely useless until it's done. It won't work as a microscope and it won't connect to my TV. Why can't it be updated through the app?
Works great. Can interrupt streaming on the phone while listening to TV. Roger needs to operate solely. There is a volume on base. Would be nice to have off button on base, so you wouldn't have to continue to unplug Roger from the base.
myRogerMic has greatly improved my ability to hear and interact with others. I have found its capabilities to dynamically change the direction and size of my listening focus to be especially useful. Consequently I use this on a daily basis.
