The game is fun to an extent. The graphics and style of the game is beautiful. I just wish they had done a better job with the lvling mechanics. Once you've reach lvl 20, lvling up is really slow, having to rely on random XP drops from the villagers because they would restricts the amount of houses you can build, which is weird. They try to get you to spend more gems this way because the only available things to build are extra shops that cost so much gems youd have to buy them with $.
I played for several days. At first it was ok. Simple to learn, bright clear graphics. Seemed good. However, beyond the basics it quickly became what looks like nothing but pay-to-play. Let's you start a couple things, use a little skill & creativity, then you hit a brick wall. Pay cash to "finish" your builds or expansions, or you are just stuck. I'm sorry, life is too short. Many other games out there.
It was great, except for the fact that I couldn't ever figure out how to buy more land. What I mean by that is that there was balloons at the begining that if I clicked would tell me what it costed for that new land, but when I actually wanted to buy land they, the baloons, dissapeared. My favorite thing about this game though is the fact that I could make my own roads in my own patterns and little carriages would go on them. It was super cute.
I do love this game but I do wish a couple things were different. First, wish it was easier to get wheelbarrows. You buy new land but can't build on it until you have some and I have to wait forever for one or buy one with gems. But it takes so many gems to buy one. 2nd, Would be nice if the lots were bigger. You can barely fit anything on them. Last, I also wish you got more than a 100 gems for $5.99. I would spend more time in the game if it was easier to expand. Thank you.
