I used this app on quite a few times and always found great deals that are much cheaper than the regular parking rates. Never had a problem using the parking pass at the garages. On a recent occasion I had a problem with the parking lot being closed on arrival. SpotHero support was very helpful. They refunded my purchase and credited me the difference for the higher rate that I paid at the airport.
Easy, reliable, and accurate. I love that it provides a street view of the entrance to parking lots / garages, which is especially helpful in Chicago. Fast, easy, and reasonably priced. Directions were clear, everything as the app indicated. I only paid $7.99 for the entire day which was a huge savings over other garages in the area that were the same distance away from the event (average price was $22 and not all day). Will definitely use again when needed for event parking.
One of the best services I've ever found! I had just started working Downtown Sacramento and wasn't used to paying for parking. The lot right by where I work would have taken a whopping $24 per day out of my paycheck! But thanks to SpotHero, I can park right next to my workplace for as low as $5.99 per day! Great customer service too; if anything unforeseen happens, you can easily cancel and refund your reservation! I definitely recommend it if you want to save a ton of money for little effort!
