The app continually forgets log in credentials (I have even written them down to be sure the issue isn't on my end). I am forced to track down my statements to get the account number to access accounts to pay them. This has happened with every account I added. I have been using the app since February, and it is worthless.
Good app, but would be extremely helpful if they created a widget to go along with the app showing your daily usage... would help keep people mindful of how much electricity they're using and what daily activities are contributing to either the increase or decrease of their usage. Personally I would greatly appreciate a reminder that's upfront and where I can casually see it without having to remember to check the app.
I have used this app for years. I'm on a time of use meter & it was really easy to see how much electricity was used during the peak versus the non-peak hours. "Something" changed in late January & now I can't see any usage detail, just the total kWh used per day. Unbilled usage is totally missing. I am on autopay, so there's no chance of my payment being missed & I can see the info I need on my provider's website, but it is MUCH less convenient. This app used to be 5 stars, but not anymore.
Fix your stupid app/website, or whatever it is that's making them useless. I'd like to pay my bill, but it won't even let me login, "Login Failed. An error occurred while signing in. Please try again." I even tried changing my password to see if that would let me in somehow (even though my login credentials are correct in the first place), and wouldn't you know it, that feature isn't available either. I didn't realize it was this difficult to grant people the basic ability to pay their bill
