This app was working fine, but after the latest update, trying to view usage data results in an error. I have tried clearing app cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the usage graphs trying to display gas and electric meters at the same time (does this as default) but the one time I got it to work was when somehow I was able to select only one, now it just results in an error and there aren't any other options.
Nice but confusing app. Notifications red flags need for turning off paper statements and turning on auto-pay. Then it rakes you to the web where auto-pay appears to be on yet it failed to pay last month. Paper billing is already turned off. The app does have a payment button, amount due and due date. Bug fixes are needed.
No longer able to see usage as of current version. Also having issue looking at pretty much any data on the app even usage on a previous bill that we were charged. Pretty sure they need to fix this ASAP as we and others currently do not know the breakdown on our most recent bill.
The app is not as bad as I expected. The problem is you need to reregister on the web using up-to-date account number (from January's billing statement). You can look it up on the internet. Afterward, you will be able to log in. They should have explained this before changing everything...
