Forced ads after every 4 or 5 "menu" changes. which can be an ad every few seconds if you're swapping from building to lvling up your characters, then over to check your quests. Each exit is considered a menu switch. Then they want to charge you $4.99 to play the game without forced ads, but you STILL have go pay to remove ads altogether. There are other games similar to this one without forced ads. Do not download.
This is one of those games where you check your phone every 30 minutes to play for 1 minute, to earn the privilege to pay money to make the game less frustrating. $4 to remove spontaneous ads, $9 to automate the smelter and forge so you don't have to incessantly click in an "idle game". Turns out they are only automated when the game is running, not idle, so you upgraded to staring awkwardly. The worst part is that, sometimes, the game won't even process any resources when idle (a bug, surely).
Just got started yesterday. Overall I like the game even if the monetization of ads feels heavy handed. Devs gotta eat, no free lunch, etc. My only beef is poor sync across devices. Have to save/load and my current attempts to load all crash the game and close it. Gonna wean down to 1 device and keep going because I like the gameplay.
Genuinely a fun game. The first 2 camps are pretty easy and enjoyable. Once I got to the 3rd area, I'm bombarded by ads every couple of minutes. pretty much by the time I get enough resources to start a new upgrade, another ad pops up. Of course, $5 to get rid of ads, No thanks!
