Grace is a faith-based sobriety companion designed to support your recovery through daily scripture, guided prayer, mood tracking, and an AI companion. Build a daily rhythm of reflection, prayer, and encouragement as you take recovery one day at a time.

YOUR DAILY GRACE RITUAL

Each day, Grace guides you through four steps designed to strengthen your sobriety and your spirit:

1. Check In: Share how you are feeling and rate your craving level. Grace uses your check-in to personalize your daily experience.
2. Read: Receive a personalized devotional with scripture and reflection cards tailored to your mood, your struggles, and your faith tradition.
3. Pray: Use a calming hold-to-pray experience where prayer words appear as you press and hold. Feel gentle haptic pulses as you slow down and connect with God in the moment.
4. Reflect: Journal your thoughts with a daily guided prompt. Capture what you are learning, feeling, and praying through.

THE CATHEDRAL: A REWARD FOR EVERY SOBER DAY

For each day you stay sober, Grace reveals one piece of a stained glass window. Over 12 months, you can build a cathedral of 12 windows, each one marking your progress and commitment. Watch your sobriety become something beautiful.

Talk to Grace anytime. Grace is an AI-powered faith companion that listens, shares scripture, offers encouragement, and helps you reflect when you need support. Grace can remember context across conversations and adapt to your faith tradition, whether you are Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, spiritual, or still exploring.

Grace includes recovery-specific scripture collections organized by what you may need in the moment:
