look, this is an awesome game but the on screen controls are terrible, with inconsistent sensitivity on the buttons and a dpad that doesnt float and sometimes has a life of its own. Also occasionally fails to load levels and I just had to repeat the second last level entirely which was a major pain. I have persisted because the game itself is fun, but without a controller its a major pain.
Just finished the game. Probably the most challenging and fun platformer I played in a long time (trying to get those collectibles at times started aching my right hand 🤣).If at all possible, could gamepad support for the game be implemented? There were also some weird bugs at times that basically softlocked me from progressing, but thankfully exiting and restarting the game got me past said bugs.Love the visuals (nice GB inspired palette) and the OST!Looking forward to the next adventure! 👍
the game itself looks interesting enough, but the controls feel too clunky. especially when it comes to the platform parts. it requires finesse that the control system struggles to allow. my suggestion would be to atleast start with having the movement joystick be movable. it was uncomfortable to use because of the way my phone rests in my hands
This game is very simple, but surprisingly challenging. It's basically like an NES scroller. My only gripe is the touch controls are very tightly bunched. Other than that, lots of fun. Good balance of difficulty. It's not too easy, but not so hard it makes you want to quit.
