1 If your plan includes credit reports, scores, and/or credit monitoring features ("Credit Features"), two requirements must be met to receive said features: (i) your identity must be successfully verified with Equifax; and (ii) Equifax must be able to locate your credit file and it must contain sufficient credit history information. IF EITHER OF THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FEATURES FROM ANY BUREAU. If your plan also includes Credit Features from Experian and/or TransUnion, the above verification process must also be successfully completed with Experian and/or TransUnion, as applicable. If verification is successfully completed with Equifax, but not with Experian and/or TransUnion, as applicable, you will not receive Credit Features from such bureau(s) until the verification process is successfully completed and until then you will only receive Credit Features from Equifax. The credit scores provided are VantageScore 3.0 credit scores based on data from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, respectively. Any One-Bureau VantageScore mentioned is based on Equifax data only. Third parties use many different types of credit scores and are likely to use a different type of credit score to assess your creditworthiness.

This is the 1st time I have used any 'paid for' Identity/Personal Info Protection of any kind. I like that I can choose to sign up for a month or pay for a yearly subscription at a discount. The app is very easy to use...just follow the prompts. You can save up to 10 credit card #s to be monitored and multiple bank accts too. Dark web monitoring is included. A good, necessary, service at a fair price
The financial monitoring is horrible. Every single account I have added to monitor always disconnects randomly and often. Does not matter which institution it is. Then they don't want to reconnect for days. It also does not alert you when an account disconnects. Then I have to go in and add my login info everyday for each account to try and get them to reconnect. I don't understand why it is so unreliable. This has been going on for months at this point. Very disappointed for the price point.
I spend more time trying to get through the security than I do getting things done, or relaxing (reading). Also it would be convenient to move fingerprint verification to center screen. This pad will not accept input near bottom of screen. I have used Norton for many years, but am worn out from the constant requests to change passwords. And again, I have spent well over the past half hour just getting past, or through Norton "protection": James L. Crites
My only complaint is that sometimes important notifications come through WEEKS after other apps like life 360 had already alerted. Other than that, I love having peace of mind knowing my information, my properties, titles, and many more important things are consistently being monitored and protected. I pay annually because it's cheaper that way. However, it is a little more expensive than I would like. If the price was lowered by $50 ANNUALLY, I'd be 100% satisfied.
