so far so good. it is 3.50 a week but for what I need it for it's worth it to be able to get the documentation needed. calls come thru clear and it automatically starts recording when you answer the call or begin a call out and you can shut it off from your notifications menu. recordings sound exactly how it sounded on the phone so if you cant hear something clearly expect the app won't either. its the only app I found that actually does what it says its going to do.
Great, dependable app. I do wish it cost less & ponder cancelling it often. Offering discounts sometimes would be really appreciated, especially for some of us long-time users who've been paying weekly for years... I really hope the next step is getting Ai implemented for the features people are starting to hope for, such as, being able to search for words or phrases in conversations. Automatic categorizing or filing... You know, all the "more stuff" people crave in today's world.
R3CORDING APP.. that's laughable. If only I wanted an app to hear my own voice, this would be perfect. I don't know what "device specific" means but I don't recall reading that anywhere. So, everything I wanted this app for (recording), it does not do. Somehow I was charged for this app. I free voice recordings to hear myself speak. This is useless. Had I known I was being charged I would have immediately taken care of it. Had no idea I was paying for this. Heads up people, beware!
Hard to find a great call recording app but this one has worked well. I have missed some calls bc the app connector (separate installation) will UNenable itself for an unknown reason. The other party's voice has failed to register on some recordings, but tweaking the settings has worked this out. Overall, it's been the most dependable call recording app I've used.
