90% of drivers just cancel the ride in the middle of the waiting. Payment with a card work 50/50, sometimes I just requested the same ride four times, before it charged my card. Every time I open this app it asks to do all types of verification and give all your data possible. Right before requesting a ride it just asked me to send them selfie, they manipulating you to send them data in very stressful moments. Not trustworthy app at all.
It's fine. Fares are *sometimes* cheaper than Uber. But it's hard to get anyone to accept basic Pop fare. They're more responsive to negocia, but at that point. They're asking the same as Uber. So I just go to Uber for quicker pickup for the same price and a much smaller chance of cancellation because 99 doesn't seem to have penalties against drivers cancelling. They cancel A LOT. You'll wait 7 minutes, then they cancel out of the blue
The delivery driver mixed up my order with someone else's, and the app is unavailable to resolve my issue. I lost money because of this. Terrible service.
it's very easy to use, more affordable than Uber in Brazil.
