On the eve of Nikola Tesla's greatest invention, his laboratory is burned down by the inhuman minions of the horror author H.P. Lovecraft. A showdown of epic proportions begins! Chase the monsters, annihilate massive amounts of eldritch abominations, and overcome the madness of the old gods with science and hi-tech weaponry!

I greatly enjoyed the game. I bought it and the extra content at the same time, which improved my previous experience with this game by adding new levels and other new content. It's a lot of fun. My main problem is that the game lags when there are certain power ups or weapons used or there is too much happening on the screen.
This game is not very good. First of all, the difficulty goes through the roof early on leaving you unable to progress. And the the biggest issue is that you level up while playing. You have to click a button to use your powerups. When you do, the controls become unresponsive and get you killed almost every time. Graphics are nice, but that's about it.
Gameplay is 5 star, but a few other factors really drop this score. Biggest issue, I have a mission that will not complete. "Comes with Perks" win three rounds with extra Barrel perk on 0/3. No matter what I do or how many times I do it, it never changes, has been like that since it appeared a week ago. Fortunately i have access to an Xbox One controller, because I prefer the Nintendo Switch Pro-controller, but the default configuration is WAY off with no settings or options to make adjustments
Every level is purely luck, based on what abilities and weapons drop. There is no obvious identifier for you teleport power up status, so you can't tell when you can or can't use it. The game could be fun, but it feels like it was built to be a money pot, rather than any skill. It is all free with play pass which is a plus. Gonna give it a couple more hours to see if it improves, but it's not looking promising.
