Free delivery disappeared then support told me to uninstall and reinstall it. I did that but now i can't login. I cant click on Google account. And if i put an email the app crashes and if i try to call the support on the number on the site more than 3 min nobody answers. So literally no way to login.
3 things: Main app screen no longer loads at all. no way to contact support when there's a problem. for a certain period of time a long distance charge was added to all my already completed orders without informing me and without reason. (is a delivery from achrafieh to achrafieh long distance?)
Toters is terrible. Recently the delivery drivers are on time, and customer support has been just a tiny little bit better, but orders are almost never correct, and the new app update is horrible. Features that used to work, now lag so bad they are useless. For example, when you scroll through your cart, a vertical scroll gets interpreted as a side scroll, because of lag, and you remove a random item from your cart, with no confirmation, you just have to guess what got removed.
Toters: once an amazing delivery app now turned into: Very unprofessional drivers, robotic customer support. Modification with an order without notifying the customer. Not even segregation of the products in the righ manner. I've gave this app more than 5 chances with 5 different mistakes and nothing....Shame that such a great app has gone bad due to Incompetent hiring. Moving to Noknok....
