As others have mentioned, the app is buggy and not very intuitive. lots of drop outs during the 24 hours I've had the hearing aids so I'm unsure if it's the app or the devices. I first tried discount hearing aids from Costco about 6 years ago and that app was much more advanced. TH needs to take a hint from other manufacturers that have already worked out some of those bugs.
can't adjust bass & treble. difficult to hear female voices. hard time understanding words from deep voices. the balance button (horizontal up,sharp, down soft) doesn't seem to do anything. in the TV mode, I have to hold my left ear in a forward position to hear. my left ear i hear best out of, but the tinnitus is loudest. I asked for MUSIC setting. I don't find one. need special equipment to use "stream" button. even on noisy I can't hear people across table. I DO hear better than without.
I have just started using this app recently with a new set of hearing aids & I like it pretty well. It is easy to learn how to adjust to my hearing needs. One thing I would love to have in coming updates would be to have the ability to program additional hearing environments in the app. My technician programmed a couple environments for me. But I am finding a couple new ones I wouldn't mind having to fine tune my hearing aids. Like "Radio in Car" & "Conversations in Car". Or maybe "Home TV".
Bluetooth issue staying connected. I believe this app is making my TrueHearing aids not work improperly. Even when I turn off my phone Bluetooth the app still controls the hearing aids. Sounds cut in and out. I have my hearing aids checked and they are working properly. Next step to uninstall and see if hearing aids work better without the app
