About Connexx myUpdater
The myUpdater app is designed to update the firmware of supported Bluetooth hearing aids such as Signia IX, Rexton Reach and Audio Service 8. Requires the hearing aids running at least firmware version 25.5.972.3 respectively 40.0.1105.4.
Firmware updates help to keep your hearing aids up to date. We therefore recommend installing the latest available firmware update on your hearing aid.

Gets to 95%, gives an error indicating "10% battery left" (yet fully charged phone and hearing aids), then disconnects. So far my experience with Signia hearing aids has been meh and unforgivably bad with their software for android. Disappointed that I was talked into these. Update: Got it to work finally. I kept restarting my phone and just trying again. Finally installed.
I have been trying to do the update all day. I have done everything, including restarting the phone, the app, and the hearing aids. I get to 96%, the left hearing turns off, and when it comes back on, it gives me an error. Galaxy S26 Ultra phone and the Pure C&G BCT hearing aids aids.
Version 1.1 has resolved the language issue and App displays correctly and works perfectly. Previously: Shows Asian language and no way to change the language to English, so the app is unusable for me. This issue is apparently only an issue with Pixel devices and I'll update the review once the new version is out. I do appreciate the developer's prompt responses and future resolution.
Gets to 96%, flashes something is only at 10% charge (but nothing is) and then fails. App has done this 5 times now across 2 days. Complete fail.
