Been testing this out to compare with Firefox since it's missing a few features I want. I'm impressed with how well it handles websites when my phone Android computer is plugged in to a secondary display, it's a bit glitchy with some web apps but much better than Firefox. I also love that the ad blocker is built in. I've been done with Google Chrome for a while cuz of the trashy ads experience, but trying to figure out how alternatives compare. The UI could use some work, but it's decent.
So, I really like this browser. I like how customizable it is, it works well with most websites i use. I just have a suggestion. When you long press a picture to bring up the options, there isn't 'copy picture address', which I use a lot on other browsers. I have to pull up the picture in another tab to get the address that way. It's a bit clunky that way.
Uninstalling because bookmarks don't sync. I've tried multiple times to sync the mobile browser bookmarks with my desktop, but it just plain doesn't work no matter what I do. Uninstalling both as a result, this is a simple feature that's been around for years that other browsers do successfully and easily. EDIT: I'm logged in on both browsers, the feature doesn't work and a Google search indicates I'm not the only one with this problem. All modern browsers should be able to do this.
I had a great experience so far, the app is faster then brave, doesn't shove ai at me, and I'm able to bookmark more easily, easily get to important websites, and the customization features are quite nice. one issue: I would love to be able to block certain websites. right now we can block ad's and even browsers that add ad trackers and etc, but I would love to be able to block specific websites.
