Its a great app, great device, although I'm disappointed that a lot of features are disabled for the Free version even though the device costed me 200 dollars canadian. Would have been nice to get more features with the free version, because unfortunately now I have to purchase at least the PRO version subscription to be able to do what I want with my car.
Disappointing experience. OBDeleven claims to be one of the best diagnostic tools for VW/Audi, yet it failed to clearly identify a basic ABS G44 wheel speed sensor fault on my car. A cheap scanner that cost around €5 for lifetime use detected it immediately. For a premium tool, this is hard to justify. Also, even with OBDeleven Plus, many functions still require credits.
The app worked years ago, they are ruining it more and more with every update. I had time to write this review just waiting for my car's data to load, still nothing. I just need to se 3 parameters but cant because it just sais loading live data. But since customers have allready paid for the scanner. They dont care how bad it is.
very bad experience with VW ID4. even if there are active errors (SOS issue) - device says "no faults" after 4 scans in a row. while trying to check for live data in telematics - it just stays in "loading, it might take few moments" for ages without any results. i tried few times a day, once waited for more than 20 minutes with no result. very bad experience
