Application throws errors each time. I need to reboot app for writing a request. It can't recognise the photo and can't upload photo from camera, but each month I pay $20. Developers, you need to fix your app!
Its a scam, this made to thi k that it is Claude and whn i asked refund there policy dont support that. They must be delisted from all Playstore and Appstores. found so many threads on Reddit and other platforms the same reviews.
I signed up by mistake after clicking an ad that appeared for "Claude AI." I realized the error immediately and requested a refund within minutes. Despite having ZERO usage and not consuming a single token, support refused a refund, citing "policy." It’s appalling to deny a refund when they can verify no service was rendered. This is an unacceptable business practice. I’ve escalated for a chargeback and reported to consumer protection. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
it does not attach files. the new version does not even open. customer service is through emails and after over two weeks back and forth with the customer service my issue is not resolved! horrible customer service. I will cancel my subscription!
