The app is great... it offers a bunch of financial services that make life easier on a daily basis so thanks a lot. The only problem I have is that there is no second layer of security when it comes to bank transactions which to me is very concerning as anyone that gets access to your wave account also gets access to your bank account. Please do something about it 🙏🏾

Wave is a great mobile money service, but it needs to improve in Sierra Leone. Many people still don’t know about Wave because there is very little advertising or awareness in the country. Also, users cannot easily receive money through Wave from other countries into Sierra Leone, while other services support international transfers. Wave should expand its international transfer system and promote the app more in Sierra Leone. It has huge potential and many people would benefit from it.
