Sendwave: Send Money Abroad

I have had sendwave for about a decade now, a silent supportive partner just doing the one thing it's good at very well. Delivering money where I need it to. Lately it has become intrusive, and also wants more access and permissions. The straw that might break the camels back is if they insist on the cookies and implement advertisement on the app. I will continue to dismiss the location request as well until it also becomes a deal breaker.

this app used to be one of the best apps to send money quickly overseas, but now it has become one of the worst. You can't even log into the app now and everytime you put in your information, it keeps saying it doesn't match our records, but if you try to set up a new account with the same information it says doesn't match our record, it says there's an account existed already with that information 🤔

Terrible service. Tried to send money overseas multiple times after downloading the app and every time the transaction was cancelled by them. Nothing wrong on my end or the receiving end. I tried live chatting with support to find out what was going on, they just ignored me after I inquired about what was wrong. Zero help and the service simply just doesn't work. Don't waste your time or give them any of your information. They most likely just collect it to sell.

It's the worst service of half a dozen money transfer accounts i have. Of ten tries to send overseas, one works. There's no option to transfer your money back to your account so to close your account with sendwave. Their customer service doesn't work much of the time and don't have knowledge about your account almost all the time. Highly recommended keeping away from them.
