Terrible! I tried to make a transfer on 6/27 and it errored out for some reason. the error message directed me to contact support so I did. it was a weekend so I didn't think too much when I heard nothing. today is 7/1, Wednesday and there was still no signs of anyone from support responding to my message. they don't care about your transactions...
Absolutely pathetic experience. Transfer limit for 365 days is set at $60k, which is really impossible to get waived off. Even after furnishing all the required documents (payslips, bank statements, etc.), support team fails to specify what exactly is missing in the submitted documents and keeps parroting the same thing - 'Upload the required documents'. After spending tens of hours, it is going nowhere with them. I regret providing these guys so much of sensitive personal information.
My experience was not great at all. The instructions seemed straightforward at first but somehow my initial transaction was processed three times, I had to cancel two. The one that went through was returned 2 days later and my account was suspended without warning. I contacted the Taptap Send team and they required that I send them a personal document for verification, shortly after sending they said their suspension was final without a proper explanation. I'm still clueless.
Very quick and reliable, with competitive rates that are even lower than some other apps I've used. What I love most is their reliability—I use TapTap even when another app offers a slightly better rate because I trust them to deliver the money on time.
