After using it for so long. An update does not allow me to log in. I have volunteers that have confirmed the stay.
The thing I appreciate the most about this app is that it has a calendar on it and I can always know the arrival and departure times of volunteers. It's a very user-friendly app, compared to other volunteer apps. This is the best one.
Facebook or Google login do not work. Login with email neither works. Every time I open the app, a new error appears. On the website from laptop I have the same problems. I have been also in contact with the customer service, they didn't manage to fix the issue. It's really a pity because I am getting many emails from volunteers, and I can't reply.
The platform works well however improvements are needed... - Layout of calendar needs weekends and easier navigation. - Platform design with regard to people with colour vision difficulties. - The day after the volunteer has checked in the platform is asking if the volunteer has stayed while currently staying.
