The app works good. I like the ease of logging tracks. I have had the app for about a year now. Haven't been able to recieve trails through text message except for while I was on the free trial. Ever since doesn't work. I can receive through email. Thus is my second phone and it still doesn't work. The track lines are not very accurate. But they do show the general direction of travel. If I could recieve the trails through text I would be fine with the Inacurate gps.
I like the format, and the one-page output of each training is useful. Customer service is good -- generally a response withing a few days. GPS is not super accurate, although I'm not sure if that's the App or my phone. Runner track and dog track often show as several meters apart even when the track is on a line on a parking lot and the dog is following it exactly. It also even shows us as going through buildings (when we didn't) or down the middle of busy streets. It would be very helpful if a feature were added to record articles placed on the track and if they were found or not.
Well, one star because when it works, it's awesome, and zero isn't available. However, "when" is always up in the air. And sending in app bug reports? Pfft. Don't work, is why I figured I'd come here and get attention. It'll track you, like a real gps, then random straightline tracks to the nearest cell tower and back, track you, then ditto the cell tower. Least mine does. My wife's just shows her walking straight lines point to point. Be more useful to Bluetooth this app to a GPS unit.
I absolutely love this app but it really, really sucks that the trails (runner and dog) are really inaccurate. It shows huge jagged zigzags to areas neither my runners nor my dog and I have went including through buildings. The ability to go back in the app after a trailing session and see how close the dog was on the runner's trail was what sold me on buying the full features and I can't use them. :( I have also been unable to contact anyone for help with it, app won't let me. :(
