I like the concept and the rewards but the app is very clunky. I'm not always sure where something is located in the menu, and it takes a few seconds (and a few clicks) to load from one page to the next. I literally don't add my walks every day because I dislike how long it takes to say "hi I walked X miles today." and add it to my total, so I add it all up and input them every couple of weeks.
I love all the medals I get. It's such a fun little thing to do to help achieve your goals. The only issue is when I first started the conquer challenges about 2ish years ago the customer service was amazing. super nice, super helpful, they actually read what was wrong. Now every time I need help its like they never read a single word that I write. They try to assume what your problem is and never help. Also it takes like 3 hours for a response instead of the few minutes it used to be.
Second edit, several days later - finally got contact from support and got the issue resolved, so have bumped up the rating, but still a pain to go through when there is $50 involved. Edit - Contacted support per developer. Was told they would get back to me in 48 hours - they didn't. Tried again. Same response. No refund or any action taken. Original - Purchased challenge, money taken, no join code generated in app and no email with code. Out $50 and wondering why the app is even allowed here?
I love this app! I do wish it was easier to navigate around all the adventures. I have been a huge fan of Tomb Raider and Witcher, and I was so happy when they added these adventures. I bought them immediately. Though I have to click around to see the stories and artifacts, and it takes me a bit, I still enjoy it. Some of the stories don't have audio :(. But still, I am motivated to keep using the app and plant trees, plus run and get cool medals!
