I rate it five stars. I use the free version because all I need to do is keep track of my fast, it works as well as I need it to. One little issue I have is that this app wants me to log my weight everyday, I like to do it once a week. So it's a little annoying with the notifications reminding me to log it daily. Other than that, great app!
I purchased the annual subscription expecting a comprehensive fasting and nutrition tracking app. After subscribing, I discovered that the app does not provide several features that I expected and that are important to my use case, including tracking beverages other than water and logging exercise beyond step counts for calorie calculations. I also encountered a request to rate the app before I had the opportunity to meaningfully use it, which contributed to my dissatisfaction.
Update: I upgraded to the ad free version which made my experience much more positive considering I am using this app all day long. It's very useful and has all the features I need. The only problem I'm having is that I can't sync my data from my old phone to my new phone. It didn't copy during the setup and syncing doesn't work no matter what I try. I messaged the developer but didn't get a response. I lost 2+ years of data so I'm deducting 2 stars which I think is fair given everything
I appreciate the ongoing reminder when I'm fasting. It's truly a mind game. I log my weight loss once weekly & continue to drop when following my 20:4 ratio. I don't pay for anything while using the app, I just need the "No, no, you're fasting. Don't eat until x & x times". Plus it reminds me to drink water when I feel the hunger coming on.
