I really wanted to like this, as it's one of the few mmos that actually has options for cute male chars. The problem is everything else! The game is constantly nagging at you instead of just letting you figure things out and do quests when you want. You can't go into any new areas until you complete the quest that goes with it. The menus are clunky and several things haven't been translated at all! It'd easily be 5 stars if the devs just stopped handholding the player
before my Nintendo switch died, I used to play this daily for many hours on end, and when I saw how rewarding the gacha system was, this game became a favorite. Comparing the handling of the mobile version's controls to the switch version had some very interesting results: the controls are far better on mobile, feeling quite natural. The gameplay is great too, lots of love went into keeping the stat building system and skill trees as true to a classic RPG as possible. vtubers play this too.
*Edit* Okay, I am done with it for 3 reasons. I don't like the way some of my cosplay items look but in order to get the stat bonuses, you have to wear it and you are not allowed to hide it's appearance and just display your normal equipment. I've never seen a game deny you that option until now. The second is that if you are attacked by an enemy, they have no boundaries and can chase you across every square inch of the map. Finally, dev's have made greedy policies to unfairly get more cash.
Been playing on and off again since 2011. The game has improved a lot since the good ol days. The R system makes it truly feel like a RPG now by allowing you to customize your character stats and skills to your liking. Some content (cosplay equips) isn't f2p but you can still play the core game without spending a single $$. They also make it possible to get prem cosplay items through gems by doing daily quest. The translation on quest and items is slow but it's getting better with age. 10/10
