Felt like a good introduction (though it seems to be more like a sequel) to the touhou franchise. Gameplay is honestly pretty okay, its not THAT bad, easy even until later chapters. Gacha is a bit here and there. You can somewhat reliably pull L1 characters and some A-universe, though it tends to take time due to the other currencies. The story is enjoyable though, for both the main story and the various side stories.
The game is great, I've been playing this game for about a year now and I cant believe I haven't done a review. The animations are good, the characters, and the soundtracks are amazing and I love them. The story Is good, but the gameplay can be a little boring for new people if they haven't played a similar way. The think for me is I think it's hard to get divine paper dolls and epic even though I only need 4 to max out your character, I wish there were more dolls to give.
The game has a few things that kind of kill it. One is the fact that summoning doesn't gurantee at least one character every 10 attempts. Another is that you need gold to summon, which not only makes it harder because the amount of gold is near the max cappacity you can hold, but it isn't easy to farm for either, and it's used for everything, which makes the game harder to play. It's also next to impossible to get the character shown on the summoning page. No pity, no chance up.
This game is fun, and has great art and centerpieces that make me happy. The stories, especially in the main line, are really fun and entertaining to watch and learn about. But I just can't with the amount of work for gacha pulls. I will spend literal days grinding, and in the past two weeks, I've done at least 5 tenpulls, and have only ended up with one singular unit, of which I already had. Also, some of the designs and events just scream "I just took 5 kilos of aphrodisiac". Good game tho.
