This app, the concept and usage is incredible. However, the live streaming (from South Africa) means it is often slow and will lose signal. Make sure to have your phone on charge if you use it.
it's a good stream of virtual library but the only disadvantage is initially it used to be unlimited hrs. free then it was reduced to 6 hrs. free but now it's only 1 hr. 🆓 free for more hrs. for studying u have to buy subscription. Atleast few basic hrs. should have been free like 5-6 hrs.
2 years ago, I could stay in focus rooms however long I wanted to. 2 years ago, it was meant for students to get motivation by seeing others study and help each other with materials. these days, it's just like any other app that just wants to get money from its users.
Faced an issue regarding subscription. So with autopay, 400 rupees got deducted ,but subscription wasn't renewed. Wrote an email to them regarding this with a screenshot of my payment attached to it and all and they didn't care to respond.If you're looking for an app that actually cares about user issues and rectifies them ,then I don't think this is the app. There isn't even a phone number available to contact them regarding this.
