Packages are not synced with server and there is always a discrepancy between packages on the system, on the app and via SMS. Let's say I have a package that is in my NY mailbox, the status on the app and online is "in account" at the same time I receive an SMS that the package is out for delivery and I can't even make a payment towards the package shipment cost. Also the app keeps crashing. Very disappointed that a company like Aramex can't get their act together and fix this once and for all.
The app works great but I wish you include a place where users can insert tracking numbers of their items on transit to your warehouse. Sometimes, vendors forget to add Address Line 2 on the shipping address and it becomes impossible to change it when in transit. Also, the tracking number can help easily double-check an item you've received on your system if a customer has already inserted it.
Payment is extremely bad, you have to manually put in your card every time to pay for something cause saving your card just means it won't work if you choose it as an option, and if your lucky you can get PayPal to work for a while until it doesn't and then it's stuck to paying by putting in your card details over and over. Fix the payment system, it's been like this Since the app was released!?
I’ve been using this shipping service for a few years now, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. My latest packages were returned without any clear explanation, which was frustrating. On top of that, the shipping fee was even higher than the cost of my actual purchase- completely overpriced! After this experience, I’ve decided to stop using this service.
