If you fail to charge, it took very long time before you can rescan to charge again Not only it wasting time but also driver credit Please make it instantly able to rescan when previous charging session failed
Hi, I’d like to report a navigation issue. Google Maps often routes us through one-way roads as if they’re two-way and sends us through villages/subdivisions where pass-through isn’t allowed (must enter via main gate). Waze handles these better with accurate one-way roads and restricted access. Please consider adding Waze to the driver app. Thank you.
it good but I want to ask about sa star rating of a driver for the incentives please revise it coz not all costumer give a ⭐ and only the costumer who give ⭐ will be counted. and if someone give a low ⭐ it make a big impact to the average of star if there's only 3 out 20 costumer give you star what about the other 17 who didn't rate you there's not counted the incentives is a fruit of our Labor and we work hard to get that but coz of this rating we didn't get that.
Xanh SM Driver (Laos) don't have withdraw function. please add this function and Fixes routes that are impassable or go against traffic, routes that are unusable but the app calculates the price for even though that route is not available.
