You can subscribe easily, but you have to dig deep into the options to find out how you can end your subscription. It plays a 3 minute ad before you start watching something, and we're talking about a 3 minute ad to a supposedly "premium" service. I mean people don't get excited to watch more of your stupid stuff when you forcibly add an ad to the beginning of videos, they get annoyed. TV shows and movies are heavily censored! You should stay away unless you're interested in their exclusives.
I was prompted for a '3 months for 1 month' offer, went through the flow and subscribed. On my second month, I found it charging me normally as if the promotion was not applied. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't help, and that I somehow made a mistake and subscribed to the regular monthly plan instead of offer!! I subscribed through the offer page!! Lesson learned, the customer service is a waste of time, and will never trust this service again.
This app will never be improved... 1- you can't turn of the translation. 2- a lot of the cartoon movies doesn't have Arabic audio even that it is available in other places. 3- even if you set the resolution to HD, it will still be auto. 4- you can't turn off auto-play on TV. you must mute your TV or turn it off if you opened the app. 5- There is a absolutely no algorithm for the user, it will just recommend their production without any references. I can list more... but, what is the point?
slow loading nothing good to watch all movies and TV series being watched so many TV shows / series missing ( many season and ebesodes not added ) many TV shows and movie still not added in Shahid a lot of us are waiting for old and good and modern movies and TV shows still not showing up SHAHID ( SHOULD DO MAKE FANS MORE HAPPY THAN JUST COLLECTING MONEY ) I'm stating to thinks Shahid is how somehow like part scam / not worth it i hope Shahid do better I' starting to delete this app forever
