A great game that requires some thinking and strategic moves. I've been playing on Windows until just recently when they no longer updated it. Sadly when I was forced to move to this platform, I lost all of my hard earned power ups, so it's not as fun as it was before. Still, a decent game.
I also have a couple other Peak games and was hoping for a similar experience. Alas, I am disappointed in the graphics, overall play and "costs" associated with bonus items. I play to fill in time gaps but this isn't one of my go to games. Toon blast and toy blast (despite the exaggerated ads for them) are definitely worth having and one's I have spent a little money on.
Don't really like the version that's on my Android phone , it's not as fun as playing on my PC. Plus you don't get the boosters like I do on my PC. Has been 2yrs since I have played Lost Jewels. Will give it a few days and then should be able to give an updated review.... Update.... It's been about 2 yrs since that review. I now have Lost Jewels on my. Moto Stylus (2021) and the gameplay is great- seems to run smoothly with no glitches. Lost Jewels is very unique. I rarely make purchases..
The game is pretty good. I've played other Peak games and enjoyed them, so I decided to try this one. A couple things I'd change: The numbers on the playing board are tiny. I can barely read them and it's hard to tell where I left off. Also, not enough information as the game adds new elements. The other Peak games explain new elements and what it takes to defeat them, but in this one they just pop up and require guessing. It's not similar to the other Peak games.
