For as long as I can remember this app is a mess. The biggest issue I have with it is that there is no way to know if the monthly automatic withdrawal of the bank succeeded or not unless you manually check through statements or notice that the card doesn't work because it was blocked 1-2 months later. Can the devs put a notification on the main screen in the app saying when the monthly withdrawal fails? and being able to pay it directly from there with iDeal? it's 2026 ffs.
I absolutely resent that this is a seperate app Edit: and to top it off, despite me looking at my business environment (logged in) on the main site, I am not able to get in in this toolshed looking environment. The entire design of the site looks like something a scammer would put together and I'm sitting here with something I need to pay through my card which I am now unable to. Your security is indeed top notch since I myself can't use it.
