Split APKs Installation Guide
Some apps are distributed as Split APKs (multiple .apk files packaged together) to optimize resources. Standard Android installers cannot open them.
What's New in Erste
In the new version:
• We have restored the option to choose the transfer type in the New transfer option from the account details. The sender’s account is filled in automatically based on the account from whose details the transfer was initiated.
• We have added the ability for a parent to block and unblock a child’s BLIK transactions.
• We have introduced a new category of wallpapers - Gradients.

Financial Coach gives you a clear chart of your spending and income, and in Subscriptions you can see how much you pay monthly across your services.
Price advisor shows you how close you are to paying 0 PLN for the Smart Account and your monthly card fee.
In the app you can also check your card details, pay for parking or motorway tolls, buy public transport tickets, and top up games, movies, music or office apps.
You’ll also find information about your insurance, including policy numbers and coverage periods.
For even greater security, when activating the app we’ll ask you to enable mobile authorisation. You’ll confirm operations in the app and online banking with a 4 digit PIN, fingerprint or face recognition.
You log in to the app with one single login. On the login screen we show services linked to that account (e.g. quick preview, BLIK, tickets, parking), which is why multiple people cannot use the same app. If you need to use another login, you can do so in your mobile browser by logging in to online banking.
If you have a sole proprietorship and use Mini Firma online banking, you can use BLIK in the app: withdraw cash from BLIK enabled ATMs, make phone transfers and pay in stores without a card or cash.

Dear Customer Support, 24 hours english speak customer service very poor. [9 am to 5 Pm] I am facing an issue with the mobile banking app. After the recent update, I am unable to log in to my account. I have tried multiple times and also attempted to reset my login details, but the problem still continues. This is very inconvenient as I need access to my account urgently. Please look into this issue and help me regain access to my account as soon as possible. Thank you.
New name, same old app. Authorizing a money transfer by fingerprint is still not available after all these years. The app also nags you to leave feedback everytime you log out and displays many unnecessary confirmation screens.
recently started to have many problems with the application. Couldn't use the app to buy a transport ticket for 7 minutes. Everything works very slowly, transactions between my own accounts are being seen after more than 5 minutes( Not sure, if these problems are related to the authorities change in the bank, but this is what we have at the moment.
Public transport validation gives you a very short window to validate the ticket. If you miss it the validation is blocked for 3 minutes and you are getting a fee. It's really stupid eg. being at the wrong angle gets you punished... terrible experience and very sad because otherwise the app is really good
