Tons of annoing weekly updates while the app is getting slower and slower. The UI looks worse and more complicated with each update. It was a grate app until they started to change the interface. Sometimes you can't use the app until you update and you update because they wanted to change the splash. Edit: compared to other applications their updates need a lot of space which is odd for an app that deals with numbers.
Loading times for the app have been getting higher and higher. I have been experiencing multiple crashes. Getting to see your balance across all of your accounts is not at a glance, is now buried one level down in the app, and counterintuitive to find the path to it. The overall snappiness of the app has been decreasing over the years. Not to mention late upgrades to new versions of Android, blocking users from access to the app.
Diaspora Account doesn't work. We have the residency in Austria and we have no Romanian ID-s because when you choose to have the address here and no address in Romania because we have no home there and no properties takes your id at the embassy and they only issue a passport with the main home address here. Could you please give alm equal chances while all over the world we can open an account with our passport. We also travel for holidays and it is comfortable to have a separate Bank account.
After the major update of the application the user experience is horrible. The most important functionalities like the list of accounts (which was the first view in the old app) and the transaction history for the main account are hidden under buttons. Rarely used features (Oferte, Chat etc.) has buttons on the main page, taking a lot of space. The important information is out of focus. Overall the design got worse. We, developers say: "don't try to fix something what is not broken".
