The app crashes regularly. When it does not crash it will deactivate itself and I'm sent to the activation process over and over. The only way to get out of this loop is to uninstall and install it once again. Only then will start working for a few times and then once again back to square one. And, we're not your Q/A team to send back testing scenarios, we're your customers. When most of the comments are negative, then clearly you need to test your apps.
Next time I will come to Romania, I will have to change my bank because of this app. I spent hours trying to make an online payment, smart token keeps deactivating itself. I put in all the codes to reactivate, then when I try to pay it deactivates again. Called Raiffeisen, spent 30 minutes on hold, and when I finally get through to speak to someone, the call ends as soon as I finish telling them my problem. I'm done with Raiffeisen!
Useless app. It's been 4 days now and the app is not working. I get the message "due to technical reasons the app cannot open safely. please try again later". Reported it and they keep insisting is working. I've sent a screenshot, my details, cleared cache and data, reinstalled and nothing. They have no idea what is wrong and I cannot access my account at all. Worst bank ever. I will definitely try and move my money out and close any account I have with them.
Installed for months now and used last week. Wanted to pay online but today it's deactivated. How does that happen? If I check Smart Mobile app it says "token active". U guys use it if u can!!!!! Also, the fingerprint takes a while to be recognized (Smart Mobile app works faster, obviously), the pass input takes a while too to be processed, if you don.t err your timed connection, you.re blessed.. Other banking apps I have installed are faster and they actually work!!!
