Stop advertising in this app your new app! Your new app should be publish as a beta and not as a final version. So don't force us to use it, at least not yet. The new application is not complete and not stable in comparison with the old application. In this condition is recommanded to keep alive the old one untill you can solve all the problems of the new one!
As a company i find this application and the way everything is managed very obsolete, no fingerprint function, most things need to be done online by token at desktop. Just to find today again that the app is not functioning (error connecting). Probably will switch banks as no update as to ease of use is to be made in near future.
The worst services ever. To get access on this app, you need to go to a branch to sign other papers even if you already sign the contract for a credit card. Why? We are almost in 2020 and everything should be made online, to have this option available also. Wake up people! Other banks have services much better than yours.
DO NOT RELY ON THIS BANK The chance of getting locked out of your money is simply too high with every software update. Of course you can still get your money eventually, but the inconvenience of not being able to pay or make transfers when you need them can have real life consequences.
