So many times payment failed every Time need to call customer care for refund & need to wait for 15 to 30 min If things continue like this, the last seat will be booked by someone else.
Need to improve. Small feedback to the developer. Plz first try all algorithm internally if iys functioning properly. Then only publish.. Because, first it said KYC not registered. Secondly, when i uploaded my PAN Card photo n wrote pan no. on the text field it doesn't allow me to continue. Have tried lots of way there. But its not responsive.
Worst customer care service. They don't have any proper solution to problems of customers. There is alot of miscommunication in their departments. My kyc got rejected 10+ times without any logical reason. I will not recommend this app to anyone at any cost. They are very unprofessional. Disgusting experience as of now.
Don't know what to say sent email on support email id when called customer support they said not received Even after sending 2 times and for more than 4 hours.. really getting bad experience from customer service..they are such hurry don't want to listen to problem. still problem is unsolved..very pathetic service.
