Useless and a horrible user experience: I launched it and logged in with my user and code, the app was stuck with a "logging in" message. Restarted, fingerprint login doesn't work. Got in using the PIN code. Trying to register to app with my bank account - unable to perform this request. Uninstalled.
Useless app. Only in portugues language and unable to switch it to English language. You don't considered foreign costumers, so you are not international bank, you are a small local bank that only work with your own people with only one language. Even your ATM machines are only in one language and don't have English option. That is embarrassing for you as an international bank! Zero Star!
On the screenshot, you use English. The application doesn't have a localization feature. Please add English, or the possibility to translate on the go.
I appeared to have sucessfully installed the app, but then I got a message about unable to execute an order, I hit the back button and it went into a loop. Still looping!
