When I got a new phone the app had an "unknown error" when I tried to restore my purchase. Now that option along with the log in is faded out and un-usable. Even if I reinstall the app, same issue. When it worked before, it was decent enough to keep a toddler busy for a few minutes, but nothing special. EDIT: my issue was resolved. They gave me a refund so I could repurchase on my new device. Very happy with their customer service. Still a handy distraction tool for my toddlers occasionally.
My son loves this show and I appreciate the effort put into making it a game. It's a fantastic building game for kids who love cars and trucks. However, they really handicap you with the ads and time limits if you don't pay for it. For a 3 yr old, you have to pay for the full thing and the content is limited for how much it is compared to other toddler apps.
My 4 year old loves this game, however, after the latest update it no longer works on his tablet. I keep getting a message that there isn't enough space for it even though there is more than enough. (There's at least 15 GB free space on his tablet.) A message popped up that I need to use an external memory card to install the app, which was never the case before. My son is disappointed that he can't play his car game anymore. It still works on my phone, but that doesn't solve the problem.
Child loves this game, spent the money to upgrade and followed all instructions on faqs. Still no upgrade and for that it gets 1 star. Update: after speaking with their IT team they fixed the issue, very courteous and well mannered. That’s great customer service. Well done!
