Horrible! It will keep using more and more credits just to keep getting the prompt wrong. $$$$ They have no contact for technical issues. One Manus uses up all your credit; you have to wait months to get credit at the same rate, or pay more for a higher tier, where Manus will still not get your prompts correct. It will say it did something, then you will find out it did not. Horrible AI platform.
It doesn't respond to average prompts. Unless you are a expert at AI prompts it's very hard to get it to do what you want It to do. It does not listen to "please only do what I'm asking you to do" prompts because I've wasted thousands of credits, which equals hundreds of dollars trying to get it to fix what shouldn't have been broken. it removes functionality from buttons, changes Color schemes adds pages i never asked for. I would like to have my money back, but it doesn't seem possible.
The biggest issue with Manus is the price. At $39.99 per month or $399.99 per year, the subscription cost is difficult to justify. There are many competing services available at lower prices or with more generous free tiers. Regardless of the features offered, the current pricing feels excessive and puts the app out of reach for many users. A lower price point would make it much more appealing and competitive.
The comments are correct. good potential and quality BUT...AI currently in general provides many many options to switch to if they continue to be overly greedy.... Not payimg $60 for whatever credits they provide after barely using it. it's too pushy. I'll juat go elsewhere and as ai rapidly advances, if mantis continues to get a big head per se, many will just know them as just another overly expensive app pushing for your wallet but can be replaced easily for 1/4 the cost or even free.
