La tengo para dos niñas. Con una me da la opción de bloquearle las aplicaciones que yo quiera, y con la otra no. A veces se desconfiguran los horarios y a veces no hace caso a los bloqueos de uso del móvil. Y para colmo, ahora me ha desaparecido la gestión de una de mis hijas y cuando intento añadirla, no puedo. Cuando intento reportar el problema, como no existe la opción de ese problema, no puedo solucionarlo. Les he escrito un correo, y no me contestan. Un desastre para ser de pago.
Porque no puedo poner cero. Hacen publicidad engañosa diciendo que funciona con iPhone pagas y te encuentras que como en otras aplicaciones no puedes limitar aplicaciones y tiempo de uso por aplicación. Un fraude. El problema es que he pagado todo un año y dinero perdido. y que no había leído los comentarios de los usuarios, que muchos están como yo.
Malísima experiencia desde el principio pero como pagas un año, pues te la comes. la ubicación se actualiza cuando le da la gana, es como una lotería y sinceramente era para mí lo principal. las consultas a soporte son siempre en inglés y no resuelven nada porque siempre te hacen las mismas preguntas con un bot para no aclarar nada. NO VALE PARA NADA. NO LA DESCARGUEOS Y MUCHO MENOS PAGUÉIS.
NO tiene todas las funciones que venden, no sé si es por la combinación iPhone (niño) Android (padre) pero por ejemplo no deja bloquear apps concretas o limitarlas en tiempo una por una, lo hace por rango de edades y todas a la vez, sin tiempos (solo bloquear o no bloquear). Las estadísticas no están, hacer sonar el móvil no está, las actividades para que ganen recompensas no están, el GPS va cuando le da la gana... no vale
