Muchas veces el juego no se abre, se queda parado en la primera pantalla y por más que lo vuelvas a abrir no funciona. He tenido que desinstalarlo y volverlo a instalar varias veces porque al peque le gusta, pero claro, se pierde el progreso del juego
Tengo el mismo problema que que refieren otros usuarios... Descargue, instale y compre esta aplicación pues me parece muy interactiva y educativa para mi hijo. Pero es muy tedioso tener que estar desintalandola e inhalandola nuevamente cada vez que mi hijo quiere usarlo.... Cabe destacar que les escribi un correo que me contestaron de inmediato, pero supongo que es un contestador utomatico porque no me han solucionado este problema... Bendiciones
La app es buenísima hay más idiomas y los números para desbloquear son 3,6,9 pero lo malo es que tiene pocas letras y tienes que comprar para tener todas pero si tienes una tablet no es malo(creo) porque te da todas las letras en tablet
me encanta esta app el problema es cuando lo descarge me salió iniciar sesión pero cuando no pongo iniciar sesión solo me sale 5 letras que son a , b, c, d ,e y también precione iniciar prueba gratuita y todo salió costoso quiero que cambien iniciar sesión y de desaparezca prueba gratuita para poder jugar todas las letras por favor .
