Es muy buena la intención de la aplicación, va muy bien con la tienda en línea pero su funcionalidad es muy lenta pues no se puede abrir al momento que llega un mensaje y cuando se logra el cliente ha abandonado el chat. Hay otras opciones que también le faltan como el poder etiquetar los chats o poder adjuntar una imagen para concretar con más facilidad la venta.
Realmente, se le hace más fácil al cliente de contactar a la tienda, pero cuando la persona de la tienda quiere abrir la app para responder, esta no abre o si abre tarda casi un minuto,en ese tiempo el cliente ya se ha ido, seria genial si mejoran esa pequeño detalle
La principal queja es que muchas veces no llegan las notificaciones de que un cliente escribió. Por lo demás me parece bien, por favor mejorar para que las notificaciones lleguen cuando un cliente escribe
Me gusta bastante, no entiendo porque tan malas reseñas, vengo de probar varias apps pagadas y esta es nativa y gratuita con excelentes resultados. Espero con ansias la integración con Instagram y si pueden poner etiquetas sería genial.
