Acabo de bajar la app y hasta ahora se ve super! Leí dos comentarios que hablaban de la dedicación del equipo hacia la app y eso me convenció a bajarla. La verdad es que se ve en toda la app que fue hecha por personas increíblemente empaticas, que saben del tema y con un diseño muy bonito. Mi única duda es si está también disponible en español (ojalá!) ... Soy psicólogo y me gustaría recomendarla porque realmente el contenido es completamente basado en evidencias!
La aplicación es muy buena! Me a ayudado a conciliar el sueño luego de semanas de no poder dormir y sinceramente me eh encariñado un poco con ella XD Creo que su unico problema por ahora seria el hecho de que no se pueda cambiar la zona horaria, es decir, si vives en latinoamerica tendras que poner los horarios PM como AM y eso es algo un poco extraño para mi. De todos modos sigue siendo una app genial.
Siempre he tenido problemas de insomnio, y esta app me ayuda a relajarme. Varias veces me quedo dormida escuchando las historias y lo genial que además tiene sonidos ambientales para relajación. Voy a seguirla probando!
