Cette plateforme est une arnaque. Depuis que j'ai créé un compte il y a un mois, il m'est mpossible de faire des transactions, sous prétexte que le comptes est limité. Bien sur que j'arrivais à mettre de l'argent mais ne je peux rien faire avec. Impossible de récupérer mon argent non plus. Un ticket est ouvert, mais personne ne répond à mes relances. Edit: Le problème est résolu (après presque deux mois). Je ferai une évaluation de l'expérience utilisateur dans quelques mois.
Très mauvaise expérience ! Les stop loss sont atteint même si ce n'est pas le cas, on vous demande des preuves avec captures écran et une fois envoyées on vous dit qu'on vous recontactera, biensur ce n'est jamais le cas. Une fois, deux fois, après vous vous dites je retire mon argent mais la vous pouvez retirer que 30€ par 30€ avec 5€ de frais à chaque fois... 🤔 et maintenant impossible d'entrer en position avec plus de 50€, ça devient n'importe quoi! ARNAQUE! Juste bon pour perdre de l'argent
Petit essai de cette plateforme avec le montant minimum pour tester un peu. Après 15$ de gain, peu satisfait des frais de commission, je décide de tout retirer pour aller voir ailleurs. Après application des frais de retrait et de taxes sur le change (???) je récupère ma mise plus ... 0,26€. Peut être agréable pour les débutants, mais à éviter si l'objectif est de gagner de l'argent.
En me connectant ce matin pour la première fois depuis au moins 2 mois, je me rends compte que mon solde a été supprimé. Je n'ai pas reçu de mail pour être prévenu. Seulement une notification dans l'application. Mais comme etoro envoie 10 notifications par jour minimum... J'avais désactivé les notifications. Je ne trouve pas ça normal de supprimer un solde sans prévenir par téléphone ou mail.
