Bonjour Honnêtement depuis 3 semaines, l'expérience est tout simplement l'enfer!! Le système n'arrêtent pas de rompre, on doit constamment faire des mise à jour, déconnecter le tap and chip, le reconnecter et on perd beaucoup de vente lorsqu'on ne peut pas faire payer les clients. Ensuite plusieurs faille de sécurité pour les accès. Il arrive souvent que lorsqu'on appuie sur le bouton Selly dans le POS, au lieu d'arriver sur les rabais appliqués, le POS est redirigé vers le back end.
Impossible d’activer le paiement par carte ou Tap to Pay depuis le début. Toutes les étapes sont faites, mais Shopify Payments reste bloqué “en attente de validation”. Service client avec des réponses qui tournent en boucle depuis le 21 octobre, sans solution. Juste exaspérant

Comment télécharger l'APK de Shopify Point of Sale (POS)
- Entrez le nom du paquet
com.shopify.possur APK Downloader. - Sélectionnez l'architecture de votre appareil (ARM64 recommandé pour les appareils récents).
- Cliquez sur Télécharger pour obtenir le fichier APK fusionné.
- Transférez et installez l'APK sur votre appareil Android.
