Из 4х попыток заказать один раз все-таки привезли. Доставка или не скоро или в течении часа. Но с сильно ограниченным ассортиментом. В первый раз привезли через полтора часа. В второй не привезли совсем. Вроде в приложении заказ разделяется на два: это модем привезти сейчас, а остальное сильно позже. В итоге не привезли ничего. Российские карты для оплаты онлайн не принимают. Только наличка. Сдачи у курьера не было.
В этом приложении невозможно зарегистрироваться, из-за валидации поля номера телефона. У меня грузинский номер, но поле его не воспринимает. Ни у кого в гигантской очереди нет карты магазина, видимо потому что они тоже не справились с номером телефона. Причем акции и скидки только при наличии карты магазина. Вы бы хоть протестировали что у вас зарегистрироваться можно. Заслуженный 1 балл, я считаю.
раньше до обновления приложения в приложении была вся информация о актуальных ценах, можно было сканировать бар код и узнать цену товара через приложение так как в Карфуре нет сканеров нигде а ценники не везде, сейчас этой опции нет. Также в старом приложении была информация о чеках, я могла увидеть все свои покупки и их цену, а сейчас просто появились "транзакции" и я не могу вообще увидеть что я купила и на какую сумму. Все продукты в приложении теперь " не в наличии" хотя в магазине они есть
Ко всему негативу перечисленному ранее хочу добавит что приложение стало тяжелым, забирает все ресурсы телефона и сети. Категории сформированы безобразно, ничего не возможно найти. Пригласите уже наконц специалистов....
