整体而言，这张卡和这个平台在过去将近两年的使用体验是不错的。无论是在国外消费还是使用 ATM 提款，都相当方便，因此我一直给予正面评价。 不过，从大约两个月前开始，我发现账户出现数次未经授权的交易。根据我的情况判断，这些交易发生时我并没有出国，因此怀疑账户或卡片资料遭到盗用。 当我联系客户服务时，并没有获得令人满意的协助，部分问题甚至被要求自行处理。之后我通过平台提出申诉，但结果出乎意料地被判定不成立，而且没有进一步申诉或解释的机会。 此外，我注意到更换实体卡的费用也发生变化。此前补发新卡的费用为 3 美元，但在申诉失败后，费用提高至 10 美元。与此同时，当我尝试更换虚拟卡时，系统显示当日更换次数已达到上限，尽管并非我本人进行多次更换。 基于上述情况，我有理由怀疑自己的账户长期受到未经授权的访问或攻击。然而，在处理过程中，我并未获得足够的协助或合理解释，这也是我对该平台目前最不满意的地方。
