VerySport Sports & Fitness

VerySport is the companion app for VerySport smartwatches.
It helps you track your daily activity, workouts and rest, so you can build better fitness habits over time.
The app is compatible with multiple smartwatch models, including the VerySport watch series.

Health-Related Features

1. Activity and Fitness
The app connects to VerySport smartwatches and reads activity data such as steps, distance, active time, calories burned and heart rate.
We use this data to provide daily, weekly and monthly activity summaries, workout records and daily activity goals, helping users better understand their overall fitness level and activity patterns.
This data is used only to provide core activity and fitness features in the app and is not used for medical purposes.

2. Nutrition and Weight Management
Users can choose to enter their height and weight in the app.
This information is used only to estimate calories burned and to calculate activity-related statistics (for example, estimated energy expenditure during workouts).
The app does not track food intake, provide meal plans or run weight-loss programs.
Height and weight data are used only to support fitness features and are not used for advertising or for any medical or clinical purposes.

3. Sleep Management
The app reads sleep duration and sleep stages (such as light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep) from the smartwatch, and displays sleep summaries and simple trends.
The purpose is to help users understand how long and how well they rest.
Sleep information is used only for general wellness and fitness purposes and is not used to diagnose sleep disorders or any other medical condition.

4. Stress Management
When supported by the smartwatch, the app displays an estimated stress level based on sensor data (for example, heart rate variability).
We show basic stress levels and trends so that users can better understand how their daily activities and routines may relate to their stress over time.
This feature is intended only for general wellness and lifestyle awareness and is not intended for mental health treatment, counseling or medical diagnosis.

5. Menstrual Cycle Tracking
The app includes an optional menstrual cycle reminder feature that users can choose to enable.
Users can record their period dates and view projected reminders for upcoming cycles, helping them stay aware of their cycle and plan their daily life.
This feature does not provide contraception, fertility treatment or medical advice, and is not used to diagnose, treat or manage any medical condition.

2. Call and Message Notifications
Receive call alerts and SMS notifications on your smartwatch, so you can quickly see who is calling or messaging you without picking up your phone.

3. Lifestyle Reminders
Set alarms (with two-way syncing), activity reminders, water reminders, exercise reminders and more, to help you organize your daily life and build healthy routines.
